Opis posla
We’re looking for a Delivery Operations Executive to join us and support delivery teams in running projects smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be involved in the full project delivery process—from the presales stage, through execution, to wrap-up. This includes:
- Supporting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOW)
- High-level project tracking
- Coordinating with Delivery Managers
- Gathering project feedback, tracking NPS
- Ensuring the administrative side of projects runs smoothly
- Keeping a close eye on structure, timelines, and what needs to be done
